Brian Kelley has extensive experience in technology management within public sector settings, currently serving as Senior Manager of Toll Technology at the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission since September 2017. Alongside this role, Kelley has been an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University since 2004, teaching various subjects related to public administration and criminology. Kelley's contributions to the field of transportation technology include membership in key committees such as the Tolling Applications Technical Committee and the Omni Air Consortium. Furthermore, Kelley has held leadership positions in organizations like GMIS International and the Ohio County/City Information Technology Association, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing IT practices in government. Kelley holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology and a Master of Public Administration from Kent State University, as well as additional certifications in public sector IT.

The mission of the Northern Ohio InfraGard Members Alliance is to promote ongoing dialogue and timely communication between our members and the FBI. Our members gain access to information that enables them to protect their assets and in turn give information to government that facilitates its responsibilities to prevent and address terrorism and other crimes.
