Brian Kelley

Brian Kelley has extensive experience in technology management within public sector settings, currently serving as Senior Manager of Toll Technology at the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission since September 2017. Alongside this role, Kelley has been an Adjunct Professor at Kent State University since 2004, teaching various subjects related to public administration and criminology. Kelley's contributions to the field of transportation technology include membership in key committees such as the Tolling Applications Technical Committee and the Omni Air Consortium.
