Allen Cook

Allen Cook is a seasoned Business Systems Analyst at Northern Quest Resort & Casino since October 2011, where responsibilities include analyzing user requirements and enhancing business processes for greater efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as a Desktop Support Technician, providing technical assistance and remote support, and as a Guest Room Attendant. Allen also served in the US Army from August 2001 to July 2011 as a Combat Engineer, managing personnel and equipment, and training in maintenance and operations. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Network Design and Administration from Community Colleges of Spokane, an Associate’s Degree in Information Technology from Spokane Falls Community College, and additional education from Interface College-Spokane.
