Arwen Tomsha

Arwen Tomsha has been with Northern Quest Resort & Casino since February 2004, currently serving as the Kalispel Hospitality Director after holding the position of Kalispel Hospitality Manager. In these roles, Arwen Tomsha focuses on enhancing guest and team member experiences, ensuring alignment of service standards across various departments while fostering a culture centered on core values. Previously, Arwen Tomsha also worked as the Guest Experience Manager. Arwen Tomsha holds a Bachelor of Education in English Language and Literature from Eastern Washington University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
