Trang Vo

Trang Vo is an experienced Ecommerce Operation Coordinator at Northern Reflections, responsible for managing ecommerce website operations, including merchandising and pricing strategies. Prior to this role, Trang served as a Good Flow Co-Worker at IKEA and founded So&Vo Natural Soap, an e-commerce startup specializing in handmade natural soap bars, where responsibilities included product development and marketing. Trang also gained retail experience as a Part Time Sale Advisor at H&M, focused on maximizing sales through effective merchandise management and customer service.
