Matthew Hallam has extensive experience in logistics and transportation, holding roles such as Load Planner and Dispatcher at Northern Refrigerated Transportation since January 2018, where responsibilities included planning LTL pickups and maintaining customer communication. Prior to this, Matthew served as a Dispatcher at Expedited Logistic Solutions, focusing on long-haul freight logistics from March 2016 to February 2023, and worked in various dispatcher and operational support roles at Ed Phillips, Inc. and Meadow Lark Transport. Additional experience includes fleet management at U.S. Xpress and managerial positions in intermodal operations at Union Pacific Railroad and Rail Terminal Services. Matthew also served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps as a Heavy Equipment Operator, earning commendations for performance during deployment. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Modesto Junior College and a High School Diploma from Modesto High School.
