Lauren Digena-Ford

Lauren Digena-Ford is an experienced professional in the field of social work and training, currently serving as the Training Manager at Northern Rivers Family of Services since October 2018. Previously, Lauren held the position of Training Specialist at the New York State Community Action Association, and served as a Senior Trainer at the Professional Development Program, Rockefeller College, where responsibilities included project management for multiple training programs. Additionally, experience includes supervising social work interns at the University at Albany, and various roles within the Pride Center of the Capital Region, where Lauren managed LGBTQ health services and developed case management components. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Social Work, both from the University at Albany.
