Bill Marszalek, LMFT, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in individual, couples, and family counseling. Currently serving as a Mental Health Clinician at Northern Rivers Family of Services since July 2014, Bill has also held pivotal roles as Executive Clinical Director overseeing clinical services for children in residential and foster care, and as Executive Program Director managing foster care services for multiple organizations. Previously, Bill served as Senior Director at Northeast Parent and Child Society, providing oversight of therapeutic foster care services, and held various positions at Berkshire Farm Center, including Connections Security Manager and Program Coordinator. Bill’s early career included work as a Family Therapist at Baystate Community Services, focusing on children with significant psychiatric needs. Bill holds a Master's of Education in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College and a Bachelor's degree in Professional Music from Berklee College of Music.
