Wenfeng Ruan

Wenfeng (Roy) Ruan is an accomplished finance professional with a diverse background in education and private equity. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant at Brandeis University since September 2019, Roy has provided tutoring and collaborated on student progress for the Corporate Financial Engineering course. In a concurrent role as a Private Equity Intern at Northern Rock Inc., Roy has developed financial models, facilitated significant debt financing, and engaged in extensive M&A research and negotiations. Previous experiences include an IBS Field Project at SizeUp, where Roy conducted industry analysis and presented key findings, as well as an Accounting Intern position at Maxine Z Magri Accounting Service, where financial statement preparation and tax return processing were primary responsibilities. Roy holds a Master of Science in Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Economics, and Business Administration from Eastern Mennonite University.
