Luke Jackson

Luke Jackson is an accomplished Planning Engineer with extensive experience in the mining industry, currently employed at Northern Star Resources Limited since December 2021. Previously, Luke held planning engineering positions at Round Oak Minerals Pty Limited and served as a Mining Consultant at Mining Plus, focusing on scheduling and drill and blast engineering. Additionally, Luke has a background as a Drill and Blast Engineer at Sandfire Resources NL and gained early experience through an internship at MINJAR GOLD PTY LTD. An active participant in academic and community roles, Luke coordinated events for the UWA AusIMM Student Chapter and served as an Academic Tutor at The University of Western Australia. Luke holds a Postgraduate Diploma with Distinction in Accounting from Trinity College Dublin and both a Master of Professional Engineering with Distinction in Mining Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics, Chemistry, and Engineering Science from The University of Western Australia.
