Mitch Fillbach

Mitch Fillbach is an experienced Application Engineer at Northern Technologies International Corporation ("NTIC") since February 2015, specializing in the development of chemical products for the automotive and manufacturing industries and creating test methods for new products. Previously, Mitch worked as a Quality Control Analyst for Addecco Staffing at Ecolab, providing support in the Analytical Lab from April 2014 to February 2015, and served as a Laboratory Analyst for Pace Analytical at 3M, focusing on optical film coatings from August 2013 to April 2014.
