Jo Murray has extensive experience in health policy and ministerial liaison, currently serving as a Senior Department Liaison Officer seconded to the office of the Northern Territory Chief Minister/Minister for Health since May 2012. Prior roles at the NT Department of Health include Director of Ministerial Liaison, Executive Officer of the Office of the Chief Psychiatrist, and various positions focusing on policy advising and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Research Assistant at Eastern Health and practicing as a Naturopath while also lecturing at Endeavour College of Natural Health. Jo Murray holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy from Southern School of Natural Therapies and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Drama & Theatre Studies, and Literature from Monash University.
