Joline Bouwer

Joline Bouwer is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in health partnerships and administration. Currently serving as the Regional Health Partnerships Lead at Northern Territory PHN since January 2024, Joline has also held the position of Regional Health Partnerships Cultural Coordinator at NTPHN from November 2022 to May 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Coordinator at NT PHN, Administrative Officer at Tiwi Land Council, and Administration and Events Assistant at Carpentaria, alongside a period as a stay-at-home mother. Joline's career began at the Tiwi Islands Training and Employment Board, where responsibilities included Head of IT and Executive Assistant. Additional experience was gained as a Claims Consultant at TIO for a brief period in 2019. Joline is an alumnus of Peninsula Grammar, having completed studies there from 2012 to 2016.
