Adam Weber

Adam Weber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operational risk management and legal practice. Currently serving as Chief Operational Risk Officer and Operational Risk Transformation Lead at Northern Trust since March 2012, Adam oversees the redesign and implementation of non-financial risk programs. In addition, Adam holds the position of Global Head of Risk Management and Compliance Audit, where responsibilities include managing audit coverage for anti-money laundering, regulatory compliance, market risk, and operational risk. Prior to Northern Trust, Adam practiced law as an attorney at Sheryl E. Fuhr & Associates, litigating complex estate administration matters, and gained early experience as a legal assistant and examiner at various organizations, including CBOE and FINRA. Adam holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
