Alex Hickman is a seasoned financial services professional with extensive experience in client implementation and technology management. Currently serving as Vice President and Manager at Northern Trust Corporation since October 2018, Alex leads client engagement and oversees operational frameworks during implementation processes. Previously, Alex held various roles at Custom House Global Fund Services from November 2007 to October 2018, including Product Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included defining strategic propositions, managing technology alignment, and leading client-facing projects that significantly enhanced operational efficiency. Alex holds a BFA in Economics & Management from Albion College, obtained in 2007.
