Ayla Kalani

Ayla Kalani currently serves as President for the Los Angeles and Santa Barbara Region at Northern Trust, a position held since April 2024. In addition to this role, Ayla is a Board Member at Casa Pacifica, starting in October 2022. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, where Ayla advanced through various positions from Associate to Market Team Lead for the Pacific Central Coast between July 2013 and March 2024. Previous roles also include Board Trustee at the World Affairs Council of Orange County from September 2016 to September 2018 and Client Associate at J.P. Morgan from May 2012 to June 2013. Ayla's early experience includes a volunteer position with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in 2001. Ayla holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, graduating Cum Laude from Columbia University.
