Barbara Reed

Barbara Reed is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in wealth management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer for Wealth Management at Northern Trust Corporation since January 2020, Barbara previously held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the East Region at Northern Trust from July 2007 to December 2019. Prior to that role, Barbara was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer at Commercial Bankshares, Inc. from February 1993 to June 2007. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University - College of Business.
