Connie Lindsey

Connie Lindsey has a robust background in corporate social responsibility and diversity, equity, and inclusion, highlighted by the role as Head of Corporate Social Responsibility and Global Diversity Equity & Inclusion at Northern Trust from August 2005 to August 2009. In this position, Connie was accountable for designing and implementing the global Corporate Social Responsibility strategy, developing goals, policies, and programs aligned with the brand's business unit strategies, and overseeing responses to environmental and social issues. Prior to this, Connie served as Segment Head for Public Entities and Institutions in Corporate & Institutional Services at Ameritech Corporation from August 1979 to November 1993, where Connie held the title of Division Manager. Academic credentials include an Executive Education degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
