Falisa Jones

FaLisa Jones is a Senior Vice President and Head of the Learning & Development Program at Northern Trust Corporation, a position held since April 2013. In this role, FaLisa manages the creation and oversight of New Hire and Advanced Training programs, advises the NTHFS Engagement Committee, and represents NTHFS on the NT Corporate and Institutional Services Allies Network. FaLisa is also a member of the Black Business Resource Council and the Women in Leadership Business Resource Council at Northern Trust. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Training Consultant for Northern Trust Hedge Fund Services, where FaLisa translated business requirements into management development strategies, and as a Business Systems Consultant in Northern Trust Wealth Management, facilitating training for investment software tools. FaLisa's career began at Scudder Investments (Deutsche Bank) as an Assistant Vice President from 1999 to 2007.
