Kaitlyn Klapperich

Kaitlyn Klapperich has extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as the Regional Lead for EMEA at Northern Trust since May 2019, where Kaitlyn has also held roles as Senior Consultant and Second Vice President of Corporate Philanthropy. Prior to this, Kaitlyn worked at Urban Initiatives from August 2015 to November 2018 as Development Manager focusing on Community Engagement and as a Program Associate. Earlier, Kaitlyn participated as an Americorps Volunteer with Public Allies in Chicago from August 2015 to July 2016. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Communications from Central Methodist University, earned between 2012 and 2015.
