Kapinder Diwan

Kapinder Diwan currently serves as the Business Unit Chief Information Security Officer at Northern Trust, a position held since March 2025. Prior to this role, Kapinder was the Director of Information Security at Tradeweb from May 2023 to March 2025 and spent over eight years at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included establishing a global Center of Excellence for Security Architecture and leading various security initiatives. Earlier experiences include roles at United Online as a Senior Security Engineer and at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority as an Application Security Engineer. Kapinder holds a Master's degree in Information Systems from New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Kurukshetra University.
