Kathryn Hall-Thompson

Kathryn Hall-Thompson currently serves as Second Vice President of Data Analytics at Northern Trust, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Kathryn held the role of Information Technology PMO at TEKsystems from January 2019 to December 2021. Kathryn's extensive experience includes a notable tenure at McDonald's Corporation from 2002 to 2018 as Technology & Call Center Project Manager, managing various technology projects such as Avaya PBX and Interactive Voice Response systems. From 1997 to 2002, Kathryn worked at Avaya as a Systems Consultant and Software Associate, overseeing the installation of phone and voicemail systems. Kathryn earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Network & Communications Management from DeVry University between 2010 and 2018.
