Kelly McCarthy Mannard

Kelly McCarthy Mannard serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer at Northern Trust Corporation, where responsibilities include collaborating with the Chairman and executive leaders on strategic initiatives and overseeing the brand, marketing, and communications functions. Prior to this role, Kelly held various leadership positions within Northern Trust, including Executive Vice President, Global Marketing & Community Affairs. Kelly's background also includes senior marketing and community affairs roles at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and experience in financial development and issues development for Illinois House Speaker Michael J. Madigan. Kelly is an alumnus of The University of Kansas.
