Lindy Stockton

Lindy Stockton is a seasoned professional in leadership development and change management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President Senior Leader Development at Northern Trust Corporation since May 2022, Lindy partners with HR and business leaders to create strategic leadership experiences for senior executives. Previous roles include Senior Change Manager at Chicago Public Schools, where Lindy managed IT-driven change initiatives, and Founder/Owner of The Collage Cafe, a space dedicated to organizational culture and people development. Additional experience includes a Vice President position in Change Management at BMO Harris Bank, as well as consulting roles focusing on organizational development at The Revere Group and Perrone Ambrose Associates. Lindy’s academic background includes a BA in Psychology and Communication, alongside ongoing studies at Adler University.
