Margo Silver

Margo Silver serves as Vice President and New Business Specialist at Northern Trust since June 2025. Prior experience includes work as an Investment Advisor at a Family Office from January 2017 to June 2025, focusing on real estate and private investments while handling research, evaluation, term sheets, legal coordination, and tax planning under 1031 exchange rules. Margo also led as Principal and Head of Marketing and Client Partner at IDOL NY, growing the marketing consulting firm significantly and advising top executives of various companies. In addition, Margo was a Teaching Assistant for the Foundations of Entrepreneurship course at Columbia Business School in mid-2023 and completed Valuation Analysis and Financial Modeling training with Pillars of Wall Street in October 2022. Margo holds an MBA in Finance and Private Equity from Columbia Business School and a BA in Art History from Tufts University.
