Preeti Haridas

Preeti Haridas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in business partnering and leadership within the HR domain. Currently serving as Vice President I HR Business Partner I HR COO for Northern Trust Corporation since April 2020, Preeti has previously held key positions at Morgan Stanley, where responsibilities included HR business partnership for technology and spearheading the establishment of non-technology operations in Bangalore. Prior to that, at Wipro Digital Operations and Platforms, Preeti was pivotal in leading HR initiatives across various business lines, including senior leadership hiring. Preeti began the career at Dell Perot System as an academic intern and holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI Business School, along with a Bachelor of Arts from Mount Carmel College.
