Reni Varghese

Reni Varghese is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process optimization and operational excellence, currently serving as Vice President and APAC Head of Business Process Excellence at Northern Trust Corporation since March 2010. Reni has played a pivotal role in driving change projects, fostering a culture of optimization, and leading initiatives involving new tools and technologies. Previous roles at Northern Trust include 2VP Manager of Business Process Management, where Reni established teams focusing on robotic process automation and service catalog development, and Sr. Consultant in Process Optimization, leading Six Sigma Green Belt workshops. Reni started the career at HSBC, progressing from Customer Service Executive to Assistant Manager Operations, overseeing workflow management and managing key projects such as the FD Foreign Payments migration. Reni holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Osmania University and completed secondary education at St. Alphonsus High School.
