Srilatha Lakkaraju

Srilatha Lakkaraju, AWMA®, is a seasoned professional in charitable giving solutions, currently serving as the Director of Charitable Giving Solutions at Northern Trust since September 2024. Prior to this role, Srilatha held several positions at Bank of America from May 2010 to October 2024, including Senior Vice President and Vice President, where responsibilities included managing 115 institutional and private clients with $900M in assets, focusing on philanthropic and nonprofit sectors. Srilatha also served as Assistant Vice President, overseeing grant distribution for private foundations and charitable trusts. Earlier experience includes serving as the Public Policy Coordinator at Forefront (Illinois), specializing in nonprofit governance and compliance, and working as a Benefits Analyst at Hewitt Associates LLC. Srilatha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management of Information Systems from Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Public Service with a focus on Nonprofit Management from DePaul University.
