Stacey Savo

Stacey Savo is an experienced strategic talent advisor and organizational design lead at Northern Trust since May 2017, focusing on enhancing risk management and cultural transformation across the enterprise. In this dual-hatted role, Stacey drives talent strategy, develops operating models, and optimizes the annual talent lifecycle for the Asset Servicing and Enterprise COO divisions. Prior experience includes key HR leadership roles at Healthcare Service Corporation, where positions included Global Head of HR Consulting and SVP of Talent Strategy, as well as consultancy roles at Revere Group and TransUnion. Stacey holds an M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior Studies from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Michigan State University.
