Deborah Harrington

Deborah Harrington has extensive experience in the healthcare and beauty industries. Since November 2012, Deborah has served as a Medical Records Technician at Northern Valley Indian Health, Inc., initially working as a temp to manage data entry and file organization. Deborah's career in beauty began in May 1997 as an Independent Beauty Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics, focusing on sales and supporting aspiring businesswomen. Prior to these roles, Deborah held various positions at UnitedHealth Group from 2001 to 2011, including Implementation Manager, Contract Administrator, and Customer Care Professional, where responsibilities involved contract management, provider relations, and business implementation. Deborah's foundational experience in healthcare began at Blue Shield of California from 1984 to 1996 as a Clerk/Processor, applying medical policy guidelines to claims. Deborah's education includes studies at Butte College and Pleasant Valley High School.
