William Schmidt

William Schmidt currently serves as the Manager of Business Engagement and Industry Initiatives at Northern Virginia Community College, where the focus is on connecting employers with a diverse student body. Previously, William spent 20 years at The Great Courses, advancing from Academic Recruiter to Director of Talent Acquisition, facilitating talent recruitment and strategic partnerships to enhance Wondrium’s position in the nonfiction media industry. William holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Colby College.
