Madison Lowry

Madison Lowry is a Project Manager in Planning at NOVEC, responsible for overseeing the planning, engineering, and utility coordination for distribution infrastructure development serving data centers in Northern Virginia since April 2023. Previously, Madison held roles as a Senior Sales Executive at EyeMed Vision Care and as a Site Acquisition Manager, Site Acquisition Specialist, and Land Use Associate at Network Building + Consulting. Madison began the career in social work with experience as a Family Finder at C2Adopt and as an ABA Therapist at Autism Outreach, utilizing ABA therapy for clients on the Autism Spectrum. Additional early experience includes serving as a Peer Mentor at Longwood University and interning at Capital Caring, where insights into hospice and palliative care operations were gained. Madison earned a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Longwood University in 2018.
