Lacy Hurst currently serves as the Events and Drives Specialist at Northern Virginia Family Service since October 2022. Lacy has been actively involved with the Junior Woman's Club of Loudoun since December 2012, holding various leadership roles including President and Board Member, where responsibilities included managing volunteers and chairing programs such as Backpack Buddies and Prom Wishes. Previously, Lacy worked at The Nature Conservancy from September 2005 to November 2010, progressing from Membership Fundraising Coordinator to Associate Director of Upgrading & Appeals, overseeing the Direct Mail program's budget and schedule. Lacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University in August 2002.
