Dick Wolfe

Dick Wolfe is a seasoned professional in the water resource management sector, currently serving as the Director at both Northern Water and Colorado Water Trust since 2022 and 2021, respectively. Additionally, Dick Wolfe holds the position of Senior Advisor at LRE Water since 2018. Prior experience includes a tenure as State Engineer at the Colorado Division of Water Resources from 1993 to 2017 and as a Partner at Spronk Water Engineers, Inc. from 1986 to 1993. Dick Wolfe obtained a Master of Science in Agricultural Engineering from Colorado State University, where studies were completed between 1979 and 1986.
