Luke Shawcross

Luke Shawcross is currently the Water Resources Department Manager at Northern Colorado Water Conservancy District. Prior to this role, Luke worked as a Design Engineer at KBN Engineers. Luke holds a Master's degree in Water Resources Engineering from Colorado State University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
