Scott Bartling

Scott Bartling is currently working as a GIS Coordinator at Northern Water since January 1996. Prior to that, Scott served as the Regional Director/Treasurer at ASPRS Rocky Mtn. Region from 1989 to 1998. Scott holds a M.S. in Range Ecology from Colorado State University, obtained in 1988, and a B.S. in Range Science and Soil Science from the same university, received in 1985.
