Stephanie Cecil, P.E., P.M.P. is a Senior Project Manager and Water Resources Project Engineer at Northern Water since December 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Water Transmission and Utilities Engineer at Freese and Nichols, Inc. from July 2010 to October 2016, where responsibilities encompassed utility design, pipeline route analysis, and hydraulic calculations for water and wastewater systems. Stephanie also completed an engineering co-op at L-3 Communications in 2008. Educated at Texas A&M University, Stephanie earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 2010.
