Josh Swisher

Josh Swisher serves as the Business Advisory Board Chair at Anoka-Ramsey Community College since November 2018, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance business school offerings and develop new educational courses. As the Owner and President of Northface Construction since January 2010, Josh Swisher implements strategies, negotiates contracts, and manages project planning. Previous experience includes working as a Real Estate Agent at RE/MAX Results, specializing in new construction and existing sales in the North metro Twin Cities, an Internship as a Project Engineer at Spec 7 Group LLC, and a role as a Construction Materials Technician Intern at Braun Intertec Corporation. Earlier experience includes management at ACE Construction Inc. and process serving at LAWGISTIC Partners, LLC. Josh Swisher's educational background includes studies in Business Entrepreneurship at St. Cloud State University and a degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of North Dakota, alongside foundational education at Anoka-Ramsey Community College.
