Al Flory started their work experience in 1981 as a Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer at First Vermont Bank. Al held this role until 1989. Al then joined Green Mountain Bank in 1989 as a Vice President - Commercial Loan Officer, where they worked until 1992. In 1992, they joined Northfield Savings Bank VT as a Commercial Lender and held this role until 2006. From 2006 to 2014, Al served as the Commercial Team Leader at Northfield Savings Bank VT. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Vice President - Chief Lending Officer, a position they currently hold.
Al Flory attended Springfield College from 1976 to 1978, where they studied Education. Al then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bentley University, which they completed between 1978 and 1980.
