James Distelrath

James Distelrath has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. James is currently the Director of Finance at NorthGate starting from June 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at EOS Worldwide from November 2018 to June 2020. In 2018, they were the Senior Director of Client Delivery at Invictus Group from January to April. From 2012 to 2017, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer at FENTURA FINANCIAL INC, where they achieved various accomplishments such as managing finance, accounting, compliance, and internal audit departments, establishing trading on the OTCQX trading platform, and overseeing the acquisition of a $200M institution. From 2004 to 2009, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Clarkston Financial Corporation, where they played a key role in risk management, strategic planning, and the establishment of asset and liability management policies. Earlier in their career, they were the Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Paramount Bank from 2000 to 2004 and an Engagement Manager at Crowe, Chizek, and Company LLP from 1996 to 2000, providing financial and strategic consulting services to financial institutions and investment companies.
