Justin serves as Partner in Northgate’s San Francisco Office. He has experience in both Venture Capital Investing and Investment Banking Advisory, in both Silicon Valley and across Europe.
Justin has worked in investment roles at Saints Capital, Four Rivers Group and SVB Capital, focusing on Series B through to pre-IPO in Enterprise Software, SME Software, Fintech, Digital Media and Tech-Enabled Businesses. He has been part of teams that have made investments in Twitter ($30B mkt cap), Square ($26B mkt cap), Xoom ($1.1B M&A), Fireeye ($3B mkt cap), Navini Networks ($330M M&A), eBags ($105M M&A) and Palantir ($20B last round valuation).
Justin has also advised transactions involving Softbank, Intel, Accel-KKR, Nuance, Choice Hotels, and Sage Group.
He has lived on three separate continents and is an avid traveller. Justin earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a double major B.S. from Wright State University, where he played on the Men’s Division I Soccer team.
Additionally Justin helped start the GLOW Foundation, a non-profit providing financial literacy and monetary grants to under privileged youth that spread across the West Coast to serve over 300,000 students prior to merging with BUILD.
