Todd Gatto

Todd Gatto is the Director of Quality and Regulatory Affairs at Northgate Technologies, Inc., where they have worked since 2017, leading efforts in quality system upgrades and compliance with international regulations. Previously, they held significant roles at companies such as Baxter International, Dentsply, and Abbott, where they managed teams and implemented quality improvement initiatives. Gatto's extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance spans over two decades, beginning as an engineer at Elmed Inc. and evolving through various leadership positions. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University and are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership at Judson University.
