Lindsay Dykstra

Lindsay Dykstra is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in clinic management, logistics, and human resources. Currently serving as Clinic Manager at NorthLakes Community Clinic since March 2022, Lindsay focuses on team management, patient satisfaction, and quality improvement projects. Prior to this, Lindsay spent over 12 years in the Minnesota Air National Guard as a Logistics Specialist and Medical Administrative Assistant, gaining expertise in cargo management and medical operations. As Office Manager at Ashland Area Veterinary Clinic, Lindsay oversaw significant financial responsibilities, staff recruitment, and process improvements, enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Northern Lights Services, where Lindsay successfully implemented HR initiatives and training programs. Lindsay holds a Master's in Healthcare Innovation from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
