Sherri Venero

Sherri Venero is the Chief Business Officer at Northland College. Sherri has over 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational risk management. Prior to their current position, they were the Executive Director of Human Resources & Institutional Risk Management at Northland College from October 2019 to January 2021. From November 2007 to August 2010, they were a Consultant/Director of Credentialing for MinuteClinic, where they implemented organization/provider enrollment compliance with Medicare and Medicaid in 26 and 10 states respectively. Sherri also achieved Joint Commission, NCQA, and URAC compliance.

Sherri Venero has completed a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, a BAc from University of Minnesota Duluth, and holds certifications from ICMA in CFM and CMA, as well as CPPM from University of St Thomas.

Sherri Venero works with Joe Cooper - Dean, Students, Mary O'Brien - Strategic Director of Advancement & Marketing Communications, and Alexander Patterson - Senior Associate Director of Admissions & Retention Coordinator. Sherri Venero reports to Karl Ivan Solibakke, President.
