Eric Pearson

Eric Pearson currently serves as a Product Training Specialist at Northland Communications Company, where responsibilities include producing video content for client product training and public-facing promotional materials. Previously, Eric accumulated over two decades of experience at AT&T, initially as a Switch Office Technician, focusing on maintaining and repairing cellular network elements in Central Upstate New York. Earlier roles included a Dedicated Computer Systems Trainer/Support Technician at Sutherland Global Services Ltd, where training was developed for AT&T's Electronic Customer Relations Management Division, and lead generation/customer support for US West Telecommunications. Additionally, Eric served as an Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College, teaching various electronics and computer courses. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
