Max Herman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and management across various companies. Currently serving as Development Manager at BlackBear Labs since January 2023, Max focuses on integrating physical security technologies for enhanced efficiency. Concurrently, Max works as Software Development Manager at Northland Controls. Previous roles include Lead Firmware Engineer at Panasonic North America and Software Engineering Manager at Qualitrol. Max began the career as a Software Developer at Netagency and has held various software positions since 2001.
