Patricia Trapanese

Patricia's career is marked by deep international experience in finance, mergers & acquisitions, and strategy. Her career began at Agilent where she skillfully managed the M&A process. She led strategic planning of multi-million dollar integrations with key staff of acquired companies and developed a reputation for effectively leading diverse teams toward a common goal and successful integrations.

This ability to foster collaboration across functions, cultures and organizations can be seen throughout her career and her roles as CFO and consultant in multiple international and non-profit organizations.

She led Northland's Finance department during a period of rapid growth from one US office, 18 employees, to 60 employees in the US, UK and Singapore. She has been instrumental in selecting and implementing a scalable infrastructure for Northland Controls which continues to grow both domestically and internationally. She now leads a large international Finance team that keeps Northland running smoothly.

Patricia received her BS in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, an MS in Foreign Service/International Relations from Georgetown University, and an MA in History of Art from the University of Pennsylvania.
