Terry Graham

Terry’s rich history within the security industry precedes him, bringing not only an expertise in electrical construction technology but extensive experience as a systems integrator. Beginning his career at a Pittsburgh-based electrical contractor, he has held a variety of positions from Electrician to Director of Operations before joining Northland. He recalls his work delivering the low voltage systems for Walter Reed Military Medical Center in Bethesda, MD as one of his proudest career accomplishments. While it may have seemed like just another construction project, it took on new purpose when he saw the impact of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan taking shape as veterans began occupying the facility.

Terry joined Northland Controls after an out of the blue email landed in his inbox. While he was skeptical at first, his final interview with Pierre Trapanese sealed the deal. He was immediately intrigued by the uniqueness of Northland’s business model and joined the team as a Program Manager. One thing that drew him to the position was Northland’s view of what a PM should be –not just serving as a lead technician or superintendent but empowered as a client advocate involved from the initial request through the final completion of the project.

In his current role, Terry is responsible for the Integration Services department operations as a center of excellence. From overseeing the processes, standards, and operational cadence needed to ensure consistent project delivery to monitoring overall client satisfaction, he is an integral part of Northland’s core business offering.
