Mark Westrum is an experienced Collections Manager currently employed at Northland Group since March 2004, where responsibilities include driving monthly goal expectations and utilizing client initiatives to optimize collection recoveries while ensuring exceptional care for clients and customers. Prior to this role, Mark Westrum held the position of Collections Manager at Radius Global Solutions LLC from March 2002 to March 2022 and served as a Collector at Northland Group Inc from March 2002 to February 2004. Mark Westrum holds a degree from the University of Minnesota, having attended from 1995 to 1999.
