Anita LaFaive is an experienced claims manager currently serving as Claim Manager-Property at Northfield Excess & Surplus Lines since March 2021, while also working as Claim Manager at Northland Insurance and Northfield Insurance since August 2002. Anita's extensive background includes roles as Unit Manager at Northfield Insurance Co and Northland Insurance Group, overseeing teams and training staff in claims handling across various types, including property damage and bodily injury. Previous positions include Senior Technical Specialist, where Anita managed high exposure litigation cases, and Claims Specialist at State Farm Insurance, focusing on auto claims. Anita began a career in the insurance industry with roles at Prudential and Walmart, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
