Danielle Mackin has extensive experience in the insurance and customer service industries, currently serving as Claim Manager at Northland Insurance since October 2014, where Danielle has also held positions as Senior Technical Specialist, Technical Specialist, and Claim Representative. Prior to this role, Danielle worked at Wells Fargo from January 2013 to October 2014 as a Customer Service Representative and Lead Teller. Danielle began their professional career as a Clothing Buyers Assistant at the University of Minnesota Duluth from August 2010 to December 2012. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2013.
